Some orders are automatically subscribed monthly
I did not mean to sign up for a monthly subscription and requested immediate cancellation... was afraid I had been scammed, but Sarah resolved the issue, refunded my payment and showed me how to order a SINGLE shipment. READ the fine print, but know this is a trustworthy company, they made things right!
Superior Customer Service
l did not agree to the original order. When I notified the company they immediately refunded my money. When I finally received the shipment and noticed that it was not sent through the mail (USPS) they told me to keep the product. Super customer service!
