I needed help with an order I placed, so I contacted support through email. I got the normal auto reply first, and thought, "okay, I just have to wait a day or two and if nobody contacts me, I'll have to try again" but nope. Within a few minutes, at least within 30 minutes, I got a reply from a real person, who helped me with my issue immediately. Very friendly and helpful, and now I'm just waiting for my order to arrive. I can't speak to any other type of customer support scenario, but for my issue early on in the process, it's been amazing. They kindly offered to ship another bottle to my new address. As a continued customer I appreciated them doing that and would highly recommend them.
