Joshua, we're sorry that you were dissatisfied with your sponsorship experience. However, several statements in this review do not accurately reflect the documented history of your account. First, Alignable does not guarantee leads, conversions, or business outcomes from Community Sponsorships. Sponsorships are designed to increase visibility within selected communities, but results vary based on numerous factors, including audience selection, ad content, follow up activities, and market conditions. Second, your account was not downgraded because you declined to purchase additional services. Your Community Sponsorship ended on May 26, 2026, and the complimentary Premium+ membership associated with that sponsorship should have ended at the same time. During a subsequent account review, your account was corrected to reflect the fact that there were no active paid products associated with it. This correction would have occurred regardless of whether you chose to purchase additional services. Third, you repeatedly asserted that Alignable had promised you ongoing Premium+ access at no cost because you were dissatisfied with the sponsorship results. We thoroughly reviewed the account history, support records, emails, and available documentation and found no evidence of any such agreement. Providing complimentary Premium+ memberships after a sponsorship ends is not part of Alignable's policy, and no documentation was ever provided to support that claim. We also believe it is important to note that during your communications with our team, an Alignable employee was told to "go f*** yourself" after reaching out regarding sponsorship opportunities. While we understand that frustrations can arise, we maintain a zero tolerance policy for abusive or profane communications directed toward our employees and expect interactions to remain professional and respectful. Finally, after being informed that complimentary Premium+ access would not be provided, you advised us that you had prepared negative reviews for platforms including Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau and suggested those reviews might not be posted if your account was restored to its previous Premium+ status. Alignable does not provide free memberships in response to threats of negative reviews and applies its policies consistently to all members. While we understand that you are disappointed with the outcome, our team spent considerable time reviewing your concerns, investigating your claims, and explaining the reasons for the account status change. The final decision was based on the products associated with the account and the documented account history, not on your refusal to purchase additional services. We wish you success with your business and appreciate the opportunity to provide additional context regarding this matter.
