The Companies price for the number of pages I received for my User Manual was affordable really appreciate. They even found the User Manual even when I could not find the details they needed. They look at the pictures I emailed for my Generator and before I knew it, I got am email with the User Manual for My Trade Professional Generator.

The sheets should have printed out using the whole page, not just 1/3. And it might have been our printer but it took me 3 tries to get the file to print.

I received the manual but only two stars because the company is dishonest. The quoted total price was GBP14.99 including GBP4.99 priority charge. My credit card was charged GBP24.99 - when I queried this they said the extra was 4.99 priority charge (already added) and 5.01 "service charge" - previously unmentioned. Use them if you really need the manual, but be prepared for hidden extra charges.
