Needed a car manual for a new purchase. Was unable find one. Surfing the web came across All-Usermanuels.com. Thought I’d give it a try. They emailed for more information, frankly, wasn’t hopeful. One day later had the information I needed. Well impressed.
I was looking for a manual for a very old Pioneer turntable (1978 ish). Couldn’t find the user manual online, but found a service manual. Contacted All-user manuals.com and they got me a service manual, which I already had printed out from finding it online myself, after I contacted em they found me a user manual and covered the cost.

The information ordered was accurate and received within the hour of placing my order. I discovered I had been charged twice. I sent an email regarding this, and I was immediately answered that they would review the information. Within 3 days, Viktor sent me an email explaining that they would be refunding my card. I placed my order for the manual for my new laptop yesterday and even though they warned it would be Monday before I received it I got it in my email today. They have checked back with me twice. The first was to confirm I had the manual and that the file was good. The second time was asking whether there was anything else they could do for me. I really appreciate that type of service.
Within 48 hours I received a copy of the engine manual for my secondhand snowblower. I requested a second manual for the model, which was the operator's manual. The second manual was sent promptly following my email request.
Sent me the wrong manual. Would not respond to my repeated e-mails. I phoned in and talked to sara who promised to e-mail me with in 5 minutes. Never received an e-mail. Called again went immediately to voice mail. I will never use this company again!

Made a purchase for a user manual for a new computer I had recently purchased. Cost of the manual was advertised as being reduced from £19.99 to £12.99. I made the purchase on the belief that the price advertised was the price to pay. However, I was charged £18.47 When I queried this I was told that I had the option to cancel the priority request. This I hadn’t noticed when ordering. My error, must read the small print in future!! The company was honourable in its explanation of the additional charge
