Quickly found a manual.
While I was beating my head on walls trying to find assembly instructions for my Koala sewing cabinet (movers had taken every screw out prior to the move), they were able to find a manual which gave me a good start on building it back.
Just know if you need the info in English, you should ask up front, or you may need to ask and pay again.

Quick response and honesty. First I tried to order hard copy manual and it said we was having issues to try again. So I found where I could purchase an electronic copy and ordered. In the mean time my card was charged for both. I didn’t respond and was going to try and cancel the paper manual and decided to wait until I got more. Viktor went above and beyond. The company had put a really basic 2 page document in the box for the telescope, which barely covered how to put (most of) it together. It certainly didn't explain how to USE the item or how to attach your smartphone to it. Viktor found for me the 'how to use' doc and 'how to attach your smartphone' doc, I can now use my telescope, and am very grateful. Ten out of ten :-)
