I have done two separate 100+ coins designs and orders with them and A+ on design assistance and customer support and A+ on the final product. Great value and although you could go minimally cheaper with other companies, I wouldn’t risk it, seeing how there’s no returns on challenge coins orders.
Great team to work with- fast responses, accurate work and quick revisions.
As a first-time coin designer, I found their website incredibly user-friendly. The customer service was fast and fantastic, whether by phone or email. With a great turnaround time from purchase to delivery, this is a great company I will definitely use again.
Every time I go to this coin shop they treat me as an important person even though I might only be browsing or asking a few questions. The purchases and sales made here by me have been square, fair and good deals with a smile. Good job Bob and crew.
Not only is the quality and detail of the coins outstanding, All About Challenge Coins also provides stellar customer service. We recently had a carrier-related issue that wasn't due to anything All About Challenge Coins did, but they went above and beyond to help us resolve the situation. They have a customer for life with us and we can't wait to send new designs to produce!
Absolutely 5 star experience. I had a VERY short time window and not only were they able to get the coins to me sooner than I asked for they were great about communication and did a really great job. Jospeh was fantastic and I look forward to working with him in the future. -Ben
I recently ordered challenge coins from this company and was initially impressed by the quality and design of the product. However, I was disappointed to later discover that these coins were manufactured in China. As these are official U.S. military challenge coins, I believe it is essential for them to be produced domestically or by trusted allied manufacturers. The company failed to inform me of the origin during the ordering process, Aditionally this not posted anywhere on the website. and this lack of transparency does not align with the standards expected for official military items. While the craftsmanship is commendable, I cannot overlook the importance of knowing where and how these coins are made, particularly for something so symbolic of U.S. military tradition and pride.
Amazing experience from start to finish! Received a prompt custom design quote, was able to talk to a person after two rings on the phone to ask about estimated delivery, and provided an amazing coin at a great price, and faster than any other company I got quotes from. I will be using All About Challenge Coins for every project in the future.
Great response! Haven't received them yet but I'm sure they will look awesome!
The help given me by Jacob Pantoja was fantastic. From the first design I gave him through every modification, he responded quickly and with great professionalism. This is not my first time working with you. It is a pleasure doing business with you.
Clayton was very fast with responding to my question in chat and was very helpful every step of the way. He was able to fulfill my order with a short turn around time and was able to provide proofs to approve in a speedy time. His customer service was/is top notch and kept me updated throughout the whole process and reassuring me that our order would be delivered right on time! I am very happy with the challenge coins that we ordered and will most likely order more in the future! Thank you so much!!!
