Dry paint pots
The canvas is lovely however the issue is with the paint pots. They come separately on a cardboard holder and the numbers easily rub off making it worrisome to put it back in the wrong slot if 1 or pop out . I re-numbered a few with a sharpie and it still rubbed off. The paints were thick and dry in quite a few of the pots. I added water however this makes the paint crack if layered thick on the canvas. Overall I would not purchase again.

I haven’t recieved the first one that I ordered, which was the fruit scene vignettes. I received the flower one twice and I received the sundusk today. One of the flowers need to be returned and I need to recieved the first one I ordered. Someone screwed up. Please send me the painting that I ordered. Thank you. I sent you several text.

The product was good but it was far too small for me to paint. I didn’t realise it wad not a bigger painting. But service was good

The canvas can be flattened by ironing it with an ironing machine. Have you tried that？If it still doesn't work, please send me the picture.

The canvas size was smaller than I expected but still a decent size. I wish there is some instruction on how to flatten the canvas too. But overall, it’s very nice.
