I am happy with the canvas but…

I am happy with the canvas but disappointed that the picture of 2 of the grandsons did not look good the colors were too dark around the eyes and neck they looked more like robots. I tried to fix it, but I made it worse so I just stopped painting the picture. I’m just going give up on it because the photograph I sent has too many shadows and the shadows seem to require dark paint sometimes almost a black color and it’s just too dark when you’re looking at a face the first Grandson came out really good looked just like him, but the other two grandsons didn’t look good at all. again it must be the photograph that I sent. It’s not your quality of work. I appreciate everything you did for me. I just can’t finish the painting right now because I’m too discouraged with the results. Maybe ordering the max in paints made more problems seemed like so many tiny areas to paint.

The painting came out wonderful

The painting came out wonderful. My dog's eyes follow you.

I appreciate the customer service

I appreciate the customer service. While some of the paints require a second or even third coat, there was enough paint and the piece turned out great!

Great kit!

I'm halfway through my painting and I'm loving it. I'll get many more in the future.

I love the idea of personalized pet art…

I love the idea of personalized pet art but for me, the experience fell a little short in a couple of areas. First, other painting kits include a small black and white map of the picture with numbers on it, so if/when you accidentally paint over an area you can refer to it an see what number it is. Secondly, the paints themselves either went on too thick or got streaky when thinned with water. I often had to go back and retouch areas (which is another time a map would have helped). I also think there should have been more than one pot for the bigger coverage areas on the canvas. Besides those drawbacks, I did enjoy painting and have told several friends about Canvas By Numbers pet portrait kits.

We ordered the lovely Japanese landscape, with extra colours , the canvas arrived in perfect condition, my husband has started already and making more progress than usual. The hues are simply wonderful...it will take time for the finished painting but I am sure it will be great!

What a cool idea

Great customer service

I haven’t started my project yet but I can tell you the order experience was top notch. Customer service is easy to reach and very responsive. The canvas I received was very detailed and I am super excited to get started.

Love the peony’s

Love the peony’s and the length one went through to get it to me😁

The canvas picture from what I had sent came out great! The painting turned out looking wonderful.

I paid extra for extra paint but some of the numbers were only used once and did not seem to make that much of a difference for the price. I wouldn’t do that again.

Great overall quality

Quick delivery, excellent colors and good quality. My only complaint is that the frame isn't exactly 24"x 30", more like 23.5 x 29.5," so that it is hard to find a prefabricated floating frame that fits it. Beautiful painting anyway.

Such a fun gift idea!

Quality canvas, vibrant paints

I think the canvas is a very good quality. The paints are decent and cover the numbers well. I’ve only completed q of the 3, but the flamingo is beautiful and the colors are vibrant.

Lousy, inept Customer Service

The day I ordered my Canvas by Number I had the option to purchase an additional set of paint. I accidentally ordered 2. I immediately contacted the customer service and provided my order number. They said they would look into it. They never contacted me until the day AFTER I received my kit and said that it was too late to take care of the additional set of paint. Rotted customer service and they are obviously only concerned with making additional money and not interested in customer service or building a clientele. Angela Krueger

I ordered three large paintings and have finished 1 1/2 of them. It’s so relaxing and fun! I listen to audiobooks while I’m painting. My favorite hobbies! The only downside is waiting on delivery. I can hardly wait to receive my orders.

Contrast and painting clarity good

Contrast and painting clarity good. Light numbers bleed through.

Painting of Jax

The painting I finished looked like the picture I sent it almost perfectly . The finished painting was very realistic . The canvas & prints were of a high quality & the paper copy with the numbers in it was easy to use when needed . The service was timely and appreciated .

Perfect!!!
