Good product
I’ve bought a few canvases from this company, and they’ve all been really nice.

What people say
Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. Some of the mini kits I bought had number mistakes on the canvas, and I was missing a paint pot in one but that was rectified. I am still a big fan.
My Idea -Edit Image Before Sending To Get What I Want
It is fun to see an image and then have the means to create a painting of the image. The color matching is very good. I am learning to edit the original image carefully so that the final product has the colors I perceived.

Your canvas is by far superior to other canvases. That is very important so the paint doesn't crack. It seems well prepped. Great quality and excellent color choices in the photos. Very realistic!
Customer Service!
Customer Service! I will keep ordering,I enjoy painting very relaxing and fun!
Great Product
Great Product. Looked exactly like my picture. Great colors and paint.
I love my custom paint by number kit
I love my custom paint by number kit. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get started due to recovering from a spinal compression fracture. One wish would be larger print on the provided color map.
I am enjoying working on the project
I I am enjoying working on the project. In some ways, I wish the paint tubs were a little bit easier to deal with(they are a little short I’m afraid of spilling). It also would’ve been nicer to have the company number them for me. I did a previous project with masterpiece by numbers and they presented their paints better but besides that it’s a fun project I’d order from you again. I think it’s much easier to see the numbers on the canvas than a plain white background so that’s a big plus.
Great quality canvas and paints
Great quality canvas and paints. The brushes are good quality as well. Overall great product!
Excellent customer service
I hadn't received my canvases when anticipated. I contacted Canvas by Numbers and they reissued the canvasses. I received them 7-10 days later. Excellent customer service. The paints and canvasses are always a treat to paint.
Pleased Expectation
Quality & it arrived quickly.

Easy process. Timely shipping. Great product.
We need to be able to approve
I love your paint by numbers and have done a significant amount. I personally have five hanging in my house and have gifted lots of my loved ones with paintings of some of their memories. I really really wish there was an option to view the portrait before it’s printed (after we checkout). I wish I could approve the detail and the color scheme used and make changes or suggestions. A few paintings I have loved the picture but the actual painting did not look good
Hi looks fabulous!!
Hi. I’ve been so busy I haven’t got to even start this. I love the painting. I promise I’ll come back when I’m done.
LIDS😜
I’ve always been satisfied with your product but, I ain’t gunna lie, I like the paint cups to have the attached lid, too easy to drop the little lids if not. Overall, your company rocks.
Paint quality is still an issue...
The improved shipping time is great and the size choices and texture of the canvas is really superb! However, I have issues with some of the paints and have alerted customer service to comments about the quality/texture and transparency of some colors, that myself and other painters have experienced. There are some issues with color conversion as well, with some colors being way off compared to the photo sent.
Good priced activity for 10+ year old daughter
Product came as indicated and quickly. Kid still have to do it 🙄
I love the quality of my order

Purchased a PBN kit Canvas Board of Van Gogh’s Almond Sprig in glass. The kit took a few weeks to arrive and upon reviewing I could barely make out the number on the Canvas to even attempt to paint and the reference print out was so faint you could barely see the numbers on that sheet of paper. I left review on web site and CS reached out and offered to send new painting but this product left me wondering about the quality of Canvas by Number products. I passed on the replacement…Lot of money wasted on a bad product and I will never buy from them again!
