I am really enjoying the kit I purchased, and I am planning to order more in the future. However, I had an issue. While the colors are mostly of good quality, I encountered one that was not. I looked to replace that one color, but that was not an option, so I ordered a new full set of colors for my kit. Unfortunately, in the new kit, that color was also of bad quality.
Pretty great actually. A number of the numbers on the cavas seem off, but 42 colors are hard to place.
Best paint by number company I have tried. Just expensive shipping unfortunately.
The canvas that arrived was absolutely perfect. It's taking me a bit because of the loss of my cat and the picture being so personal, but the work is 100% impeccable. It arrived very quickly! The quality is outstanding and the little extras were so special. I can't wait to order more!
My painting came quickly. Its great quality and I am excited to work on it!!
My 4th , had a small issue with paint missing, contacted customer support, paint was sent, and ALL is well. Thanks Again, loving the paintings:)
This was such a wonderfully made print. The canvas was easy to paint on and the colors used made the final product look just like the picture.
I love the paintings and now I paint them for friends and family. I just wish it wouldn’t take so long to get them!!
Pretty good, I ordered 3 more kits after completing the Frida Kahlo. It turned out nice and was a gift. The problem I’m having with the current order of 3 is that the numbers and lines are very dark and extremely hard to cover.
Great picture options, quality canvas and good delivery time to New Zealand.
Paint too dry, have to add water. Canvas good, brushes good, but paint not good.
I love the options for pictures you offer. The only thing I don’t like is when I get paint pots with removable lids. Which has only happened once. Good paint quality always!
love that It was delivered in a timely fashion and that the paints have an actual paint holder so they’re not scattered all over my table. Love the brushes also. I’m just starting to paint.
My first orders were great. Very impressed. My last two orders. Not up to your standards. Also, there were two paintings with the number 20 mis numbered on two paintings a very dark brown. It ruined my painting 'dogs playing pool' and golden retriever waiting at the door " Right now im working on Pink peonies . This kit came w attached paints i didnt have to number which I liked much much more than the ones you have to # and they are separated . Paints are a little thick. But I really prefer connected paints,I dont have to #and are connected
I'm seventy yrs old & websites can be a challenge for me. Your website is easy to manuver. The prices are reasonable. The orders were delivered in a timely manner.
The print was great and the color matching was wonderful. I received exactly what I ordered. It made a wonderful gift for my husband.
Your customer service was super helpful and friendly. They were very quick to respond and follow up. Shipping was very fast too.
Fast and easy ordering quality of paints is amazing! Also love that they come in a container and are individual, as opposed to being linked by plastic.
product was exactly as it is portrayed in the pictures. Product arrived on time. This was a gift, as was my last order. I have seen the final result of the first gift and it was amazing. I am impressed with the selection. Very different from other sites.
Quality of product is better than any other company I have ordered from!!
