What people say
The custom picture was spot on
The custom picture was spot on. The picture I chose was too cute, Im having to do another so I can have one. My friends saw it, fell in love with it, so I ended up without one. Please go back to the original paint pots, I can’t seem to open them now without getting paint all over like a kid with a chocolate bar.
My order arrived damaged and missing items
My order arrived damaged and missing 2 of the 3 kits. This is my 2nd time ordering, no issues with the first shipment. But this one not only had 2 of the kits missing, but the one that was in the plastic shipping bag had at some point come open, the paint containers came out, some had come open and paint was spilled over everything in the bag. No phone number to call to report an issue. I have sent an email and I am waiting for contact. Very upset about this after spending almost $80.00.
Try this you won’t be disappointed
The product is excellent with a decent canvas, paints and brushes included. It’s relaxing and fun, mistakes can be fixed its a delightful activity.

I ordered three Jesus walking on the shore. The first purchase was exemplary. The second purchase had missing paint colors and cracked paint pots. . I havent opened rhe third one yet. I was very surprised with the missing paint pot , cracked paint pots and seemed this order was hastily put together as some paint pots were handwritten. I love this painting however , and will paint the third one next mo th.
Great Quality Paint by Numbers Kits
Great company, best quailty kits I've had so far. I'm very happy with the results and particularly like the 48 colours option - adds depth and details and makes painting a bit more challenging.
Custom designs are superb!!
The quality of your custom designs are the best I could find in the market. The attention to minute details and then you design it with fewer colours than your competitors. The quality of you canvases has always been better than any others out in the market. You willingness to push the boundaries with your clients when rules limit what we can do one way - you will try new approaches with your clients.
Redj is the definition of customer service
I've purchased from other creative hobby sites, none have delivered as well on speed and customer service like they have. Redj is a true ride or die. I've had two instances where I have had to reach out and it had always been this representative. I actively sought out to sign up for the loyalty program after 5 purchases (don't judge me). PS: this review is genuine, ive dealt with so many companies who just don't care.
