One out of five packages that I ordered…
One out of five packages that I ordered have came messed up or the box has been open/closed. Do not recommend the shipping option absolutely terrible.🪵 had parts poking out the box scraped up and overall had to throw out one btw I spent 1,523$ for most of my parts to come messed up

After calling the number you have to…
After calling the number you have to wait and hear many different extensions. Once you choose the right one you are put in a queue for quite sometime. Then you get connected and no one is on the other side. This has has happened several times.

Ordering parts ia super easy to find what you're lookong for. Its also super easy to place an order. And if you need anything they'll be there to assisnt no problem.

Mr. Ed gets an upgrade
Good inventory, but not enough for the newer Mustangs. Need more inventory for convertibles. Their prices are inline with others, even Ford. I’m expecting delivery of the one thing that I have bought, so send me another survey next week.

The selection and ease of ordering was great. First time user. Product that did arrive was ad expected. However the delivery service failed to leave my second package. But A.M. has jumped right on it and in the process now in hopes to resolve. All in all... Great Job !
They sent a totally incomplete order
They sent a totally incomplete order, instead of sending the remaining part of the order they wanted me to send back what I received and start the process over again. I then requested for a full refund and went somewhere else, also they will not allow you to talk directly to a customer service person only by chat, ridiculous !
