Updating my ESA status was so quick and easy to update!
It was very helpful to receive the email updates reminding me that it was time to complete the information about me and my ESA pup. I have used the approval information so that I have no trouble taking my pup with me when I leave the house. Everyone who sees the approval info have no concern about why my dog is with me.

The letters given by this agency are generic and well not be approved by a majority of properties. Be careful! Most per screening services are already aware and will ask for supplemental information

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns, Fernando! Our template is the same across the board, however our letters are far from generic. Our licensed healthcare providers thoroughly review each application for qualification. The ESA/PSA letters issued upon approval contain personal and individual details for both the animal and owner. They also contain all pertinent information for the issuing doctor, including their medical license number. Unfortunately, an increasing number of landlords and housing authorities are not fully familiar with the Federal and State laws pertaining to ESA/PSA rights. We are seeing a rise in attempts to circumvent providing a legal accommodation to individuals with legitimate mental health disabilities.
