I ordered an ESA letter without knowing they would charge me $117 for training. I did not receive either one of those things I paid for. When asked for a refund the representative was incredibly rude and did not want to go through the hoops of helping me out. Now with the ESA letter that I never received and the training I’m short almost $200. Do not go through this company. Use a different one, way too many issues for such an easy thing!
It was an easy way to help me get my esa papers for my apartment. My cat found me and I'm just trying to do the right thing and she found me and I can't have an animal unless it's an esa. So. Thanks for making it easy. Just almost made me try to buy more stuff I didn't need. That almost made me take a star off.
I received my ESA certificate in a timely manner. It was easy to do online and I am so happy now. Gizmo will be joining me at my new place soon! Thank you so much! 🙋
I have never had problems getting my certification in a very timely manner and the process is so easy.
I can't even block them; they find a way to send me emails and text messages...
Professional, congenial and knowledgeable staff
I called and Joanne answered the phone. She was so sweet and had the upmost understanding about how to help me move forward with what I needed. I also spoke with her about my dog thatcher and how much he means to me! She told me in response that she has a poodle that she absolutely loves and adores! I’m so incredibly grateful for the support!.
Aloha! This was quick and easy and eases my mind that I will be able to move with my kitty Morris to our new building.
Cost meas far as I know now,$131 and I don’t if I have anything. And I am getting receipts for things I didn’t order. I sure hope you don’t charge me anything more
It was very quick and easy to sign up. Shianne was friendly, polite, and straightforward. I highly recommend American Service Pets for your ESA letter.
Shianne was lovely!!! She made the experience exceptional.
Very easy to understand. My dog Cocoa and I are together a lot and now hopefully I can take her with more to many more places I could not before. Good process all the way through.
So thankful for American Service Pets! They have made it possible for people like myself to have their pet recognized as essential. Thank you ASP.
