Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional Service, Unkept Promises, and Zero Communication
I booked my car transport with AmeriFreight back in June after reading good reviews and trusting their service. I scheduled my vehicle pickup for Friday, July 31st. AmeriFreight took a broker deposit fee of $488 upfront. However, on the scheduled pickup day (July 31st), no one contacted me at all—neither the broker, the transport company, nor the truck driver. I was left waiting all day from morning till evening, completely unable to plan my day or focus on anything else. Around 4:00 PM, I sent an email to the assigned broker to check on the status, but received no response. When I finally called AmeriFreight at 5:00 PM, their response was completely irresponsible. There was no apology whatsoever. They simply deflected responsibility by stating they are just a broker and not the actual carrier, casually adding that the truck would probably arrive on Monday. Today is Monday, August 3rd, 2026. The afternoon has nearly passed, and I have still received no updates or action from anyone. It feels as though all three entities—AmeriFreight, the transport company, and the carrier—were only interested in taking my $488 deposit fee and then vanished like a scam operation. I deeply regret trusting the positive reviews and choosing this company. I strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.

Amazing delivery company
Amazing delivery company! We used them for prior delivery which was seamless and well communicated! We needed another move and my husband picked Navi for some reason idk why and it turned into a mess and a deposit made on a no show pickup full of lies and excuses! I think the whole transaction was fraud tbh. I immediately called Amerifreight because I knew we had used them before and they of course were professional and understanding and stepped in and saved the day. I had a flight scheduled less than 40 hrs of the Navi no show and was panicking! Amerifreight had a pickup scheduled within 24 hours of the Navi no show!! Every person at Amerifreight valued our business and made it a priority!! Shae/Shantae was especially helpful and the last guy I talked to at Amerifreight told me not to worry he’s got this and Amerifreight came through!! Don’t waste time with any other company- go straight to Amerifreight, they care and you talk to actual humans and and they’re reasonably priced !! Thank you Amerifreight !

She reached out several times to keep me informed and even recommended earlier pick up knowing that carriers do not often pick up cars for the specific route later in the week. Got the job done the right way
Samantha Smith did a great job getting a transport lined up for my vehicle purchase 600 miles away. It only took a day and a half, she gave great advice, and was able to secure the transport for a fair price. The driver did an excellent job and within 12 hours I had my car. I would definitely recommend and would use AmeriFreight and Samantha again. Thank you.

This is the second time I've used this company, and both experiences have been excellent. Samantha was my representative this time, and she was amazing! She kept me updated throughout the entire process, communicated consistently, and was very proactive in finding me a driver.
