After researching lots of other companies, I chose Amino Club for their pricing, testing for more than just a basic COA. They also test for endotoxins and other things. Their customer service is great! I received a response within hours after emailing about my questions and they were able to resolve my issue right away! This is awesome especially from coming from another company. It would take three days to get a response from. I ordered 4 peps and it came with free amino water with their subscription box pricing which saved me a ton of money! It literally shipped the same day and came two days later! The packaging is pretty, nothing was damaged, and each file has a QR code for the COA link, the batch number and the lot number for easy tracking. I love the pastel color branding on the website! Buyer beware! This company QR Code on the back of the bottles are broken. When asked the merchant for a valid batch match Lab Report for the August shipment, they sent an outdated report from May for a complete different lot number and claim that the plastic caps Colors serve as batch tracking because the item cannot be verified as safe or accurate label I request a return label to send the product back for a full refund. This unverifed chemical product that lack batch tracking and they refuse to send a label for or or issue a refund. I Have no way of knowing what's in this product.... THEY HAD TO BUY THESE REVIEWS CUZ AIN'T NO WAY

A report that doesn't match your lot isn't good enough, and cap color is not a substitute for proper batch documentation. Our COAs are published on our website and organized by lot number, so the report for your specific vial should be available there. Here's what we'd ask: please email [email protected] with a photo of your vial showing the lot number, and we'll confirm the matching COA.
