They shipped a heat sensitive pre-mixed/reconstituted peptide that was already vulnerable to high summer temperatures. When arrived the bottle was operating at significantly reduced potency for being exposed to summer heat for three days in this state with no protection. As a loyal customer I was very disappointed with the lack of flexibility due to their own shipping flaw, and customer service repeatedly refused to accommodate since there was a lack of a clear visual issue. Completely ignoring the structural degradation of the peptide compound when exposed to heat over 3 day period. Furthermore the nasal spray pump is ill fitting to the ordered bottle. Do not waste your money and shop somewhere else.

Picked up their GLP-2 for research. I've done research using GLP-2 for almost a year now. Thought I'd pick some up from Amino Club to give it a go since I mostly got mine from a friend... Honestly, it was one of the worst experiences in my life and it has forever turned me away from any sort of peptide research in the future. I've researched with 10mg, even leading up to using Amino Club, and decided to play it safe and test with just 1mg. Worst mistake of my life. I can attest, its definitely not the dosage on the vial, if the contents are even GLP-2 (might be counterfeit or GLP-1/GLP-3 mix, who knows). Unlike other negative reviews, the COA and vial QR code matched perfectly and were verifiable to the lab. Regardless of that, these companies can still put whatever they want in the vial, there's no way to confirm that what was tested in the lab is what you receive. I trusted it would be. I was clearly wrong... Do yourselves a favor, just stay away from this stuff. It's not worth the risk. For sure stay away from Amino Club. Hope this review will help keep someone safe.

Had my package stolen and reached out to Amino Club on what to do. Was told to fill out a claim with there shipper fedex and simply emailed Amino Club back and there sending a replacement of my whole order! Already got notified from fedex a package is being prepped!

Absolutely amazing customer support team. I had purchased an order for my peptides (3 pack) I first received a discount code, and got everything for a good price. Soon I had realized the address was wrong, and before it got shipped out I reached out. May I also say that they responded very quickly, unfortunately it shipped too fast so the team was unable to change the address. I reached out again and told them I wanted to make the same purchase with the same discount code. The code did not work anymore, but since they realized it wasn’t my fault they quickly accommodated the original price and they gave me a refund for the original purchase. They are very professional, and by far one of the very few that offer free shipping at a normal price, not 200+ and then get free shipping; which of course is a catch.
