Placed an order in April Was given a delivery date on my fairing then was told they were stuck in customs then was told the package was on its way just to be told that it was stuck in customs again was offered a slap in the face of 30% on $961 called FedEx and was told they weren't shipped out was on hold for 2 hours waiting to talk to customs just to be told they aren't in customs and nothing came through with any of my information on it this company is a joke and shouldn't be in business going through a lot for nothing

I attempted to contact your company at the email address provided in your response, but the email was returned as undeliverable. Please provide a valid email address, mailing address, claims department contact, or phone number so this matter can be addressed. I have preserved the motorcycle, the injectors, photographs of the fire damage, and documentation of my injuries. I ordered fuel injectors for my motorcycle from Amotopart and received injectors that were not correct for my application. After installing the parts that were supplied, my motorcycle caught fire and was destroyed. I was also injured during the incident. What should have been a simple parts purchase turned into the loss of my motorcycle, medical issues, lost time, and significant expense. I have been left dealing with the consequences of receiving parts that did not match what I ordered. I strongly encourage Amotopart to improve its parts verification and quality control procedures so that customers receive the correct components for their vehicles. A mistake involving fuel system components can have serious consequences. I am currently seeking resolution regarding the damages caused by this incident.

Sent me wrong injectors for Harley-Davidson road King caught fire

This company sent me the wrong fuel injectors for my Harley-Davidson they did fit enough that I thought that they was correct but they was a little bit longer than the original. Because of this my motorcycle was backfiring and it caught on fire burning my arm and face and destroying my Harley-Davidson road King. Their negligence could have cost me my life and it is cost me my favorite motorcycle. I would have to give them zero Stars. Next time they may kill someone with their carelessness.

Speed + Quality

My fairings came on the exact date and time they were scheduled for, only took two months to get here when i was prepared to wait longer, all the fairings were the PERFECT color i had imagined with no scratches, dents, or problems. Although fairings are hard to put on there’s also tons of bolts and screws, etc, that this product came with and has saved my life in the process! i love my new fairings! 10/10 would buy again!

Good experience

At the low price point, I have 0 complaints. The fairings i got for my ninja 250r are great quality, they fit great, they came on time (35 days) and were packaged well, the customer service was also good despite time difference. The only thing is that the hardware selection sent with it is not amazing and that my rear sadle plastic cover did not fit, i can easily look past this… would buy again and would reccomend others to buy fairings from here as well.

Communication was great and they were quick to respond! They took the time to get the color I wanted just right. It did take a long time for it to ship out though.

Website said that the delivery will be within 2 weeks and no shipping cost, nor VAT and TAX. I was informed with an e-mail from them asking for an additional 55$ for shipping which I paid. After 2 months of arguing with them AFTER the expected delivery period about canceling the package and refunding me my money because there was no tracking information I was hit by the Customs offices in my country asking to pay VAT and TAX because they didn't cover that. Now I have to pay that VAT and TAX and then return the package to get my package which they refused to cancel, nor are they refunding me anything for VAT and TAX. Do not order!

Good all around experience

Product is as described, it fit perfectly, it functions correctly, and the price was competitive with other suppliers. The part has been in service for about six weeks at this writing, not long enough to assess its reliability. The ordering process was error free and fast. Good all around buying experience.

Sick fairings good quality looks amazing. Would do a bit better on quality control as there was a couple spots that still had tape over them and no clear coat. Other than that it looks amazing and easy to install.

They said order by here and you would have it free shipping in days, it took 4 weeks with ZERO updates from the company. I would not order from here without all the right information. My part directly from China.

they were nice and didnt take long to respond but the fairings came with scratches witch sucks but is still okay but i cant even make the fairings fit the bike at least the side fairings so yea now i got a weird looking cbr for a while until i buy new ones somewhere else
