Really happy! (UK)

Ordered at the end of May, arrived mid July UK which I didn't mind and had forewarning of that. Kept updated via email through the production process and then delivery. Tracking worked well and it was good to see it coming round the world. On arrival, opened the well packaged box and everything I needed was there! Took about a day to put it together. I was worried regarding some of the holes, but with the regular bushings, fitted perfectly. There's only two issues, which are tiny, and unless you are looking at that one particular place closely, no-one would notice. I've actually been so impressed, I'm actually considering getting another set for the next year's riding (changing it like a dress). Absolutely no issues.

Good service but product design issue

The ordering and delivery process was good. The product quality is relative to the low cost so good value for money. But the fit is not good at all on the BMW R12G/S. The bracket where it bolts on closest to the seat is too narrow and wedges against the fairing plastics just below the seat. I have had to tape it to protect it. This is a fairly significant design fault.

Ordered fairings and a couple of days…

Ordered fairings and a couple of days later they send me a email saying there will be a 40-50 day turnaround. Therefore I requested a refund, they tell me THEY CAN ONLY REFUND 5% of ORDER TOTAL. They originally state a 25-35 day turnaround. Real bad business and would like my full refund.

The bike fearing doesn’t fit at all

The bike fearing doesn’t fit at all. Paint job is not matching. Screws are missing that are needed for the break line. Some pieces broke when you put them together…. Wouldn’t recommend buying there something. Had low expectations and still not good at all.

The customer service and communication…

The customer service and communication was very good. The shipping took a while but everything showed up undamaged and well protected. The quality was very good for the price point. I didn't get any custom designing on the fairings so I can't talk about that, but I will definitely test it out with another fairing set in the future!

A little late, but good quality…

The product had arrived a month late however everything was amazing quality and if I ever need fairings in the future, I’ll definitely order from here

I ordered fairing kit from this place…

I ordered fairing kit from this place and first of all they say you can track your order through shop app but it still says waiting for details.... So after 5 days or so I emailed Amotopart and asked them what's going on with my package and does it have a tracking number yet? They emailed me back the next day and gave me a tracking number and said to track it on China post. I did and it wasn't giving me anything since the 7th of July saying it was moving through China. Then on the 13th of July it says that it's moving in Sweden and on this same day they emailed me this We expect an update within a week Would you be open to waiting a little longer if we provided a 5% discount as a gesture of goodwill. Now it says my package was delivered on July 16th to recipient address in Sweden. I don't live in Sweden and I didn't put in a Sweden address. I am an us citizen always have been and always will be so why didn't my package come to my address but it says it's been delivered?

I won’t be ordering from them again. Placed my Order 9 days ago and my product still hasn’t shipped. This isn’t what consumers want. Should’ve been communicated up front.
