We purchased the Amp system and are enjoying it. The ordering and installation process was flawless. The initial use of the device and APP is easy. Great intro sessions which should be utilized to get full benefit of the system. We are in our late 60's so we aren't looking for workouts to build massive muscles. We simply want to make sure we stay flexible, maintain muscle and possibly gain some muscle tone. This fits perfectly for us. There are so many pre-determined programs that are extremely effective in meeting our workout needs, we haven't even tried to create custom workout plans. The APP could use a little more flexibility. Example, I changed a 30 minute session to only be 25 minutes (its an option). However, by doing so, it shows that I didn't actually finish the session when I completed the 25 minutes. The coach voice overs need to be way more upbeat and encourarging. They sound a little subdued and don't really promote enthusiasm. These are very small challenges and are personal to me. Most people probably wouldn't notice and the positive aspects certainly outweigh these smaller issues which is why I rate this 5 stars and would highly recommend this device.

I really like the machine. the work outs are good as I get started but eventually will need more diverse work outs. The voice of the trainer needs improvement, it's way too laid back and not motivating. I am having a little trouble getting the arm up and down easily. Overall I am satisfied with the product

A lot of fitness platforms try to force you into a rigid schedule. What I appreciate here is how easily I can swap out exercises if my home gym is missing a specific machine. The tracking is straightforward and actually adapts to how I train.

I want to call out a few areas that excel and really put Amp in a positive light. The customer service team has been lightning fast and professional in their responses to my questions. Not only quick responses, but well thought as well. If these are AI generated, I can’t tell. Installation was white glove and flawless. Really good showing there. I’ve given myself over to the AI recommended trainings and they have been good, but it does not feel ultimately that the AI knows me and my strength capabilities after 5 weeks. I’m going to give it 8 full weeks to see where it leads me and how it adjusts as I gain strength. The team has also fixed bugs in the program realty quickly as well. I have no doubt this system will get better and better over time. I do wish they had a pro version that supported more compound movements like bench press. Happy overall and excited for my wife to get going on this with me. Ryan

Keeping track of my lifting volume used to mean messing with clunky spreadsheets between sets. The interface here is clean enough that I can log my reps in seconds without breaking my rest periods. It syncs perfectly and gives a really clear picture of my weekly progression without any unnecessary clutter.

The delivery and installation was a very nice experience. I love the look of the machine and that fact that it does not take up a lot of room or have a clunky look like most work out equipment. The easy use of the machine is fantastic. It is easy to make all of the adjustments throughout the exercises. The movement is smooth for the arm up and down and thru the different arm positions (down, straight and upward). When it comes to lifting, every lift thru the movement is smooth as could be. The feel of the weight throughout the movements is very natural. I like the AI training since I am a person who doesn’t want to figure out what workout I am going to do, the exercises to use and the weights to lift. I do my absolute best when I have a trainer of program that figures all of that for me. I will do any workout that is out in front of me that way and enjoy it the entire time. I truly look forward to using this equipment everyday. If anyone is on the fence about buying it, I would tell you to put your doubts aside and spend the money. There is no way you will not like this equipment or the AI workouts. It has every workout that you could possibly want to do.

Very happy with my experience! I pre ordered August 2025 and finally got my install in NW Arkansas May 2026. The original estimated date when I pre ordered was Nov 2025, when I reached out in Nov they told me March. March came around and I didn't get any notification until I reached out myself and they told me installs are ready in my area. I wish they would've updated me along the way so I recommend reaching out if you're still waiting since I didn't get any updates. Now that my machine has arrived, I absolutely love it. They seem to be on top of feedback and fixing any problems that arise which I appreciate. I'm enjoying the subscription plan, it's easy having a machine at home so there's no reason to skip a work out. It helps break up the wfh day as well, sometimes I'll hop on for just 15 minutes. My husband is surprised he's been enjoying it too! I did lots of research for home machines and this is the only one where I liked the aesthetic and minimalist look, it barely takes up any space and fits perfectly with my home decor. I can't wait to see my progress in a year and I'd recommend it to others!

Had a few problems getting my App to set up to the machine, contacted CS. They responded right away, helped me work out my problem and get me going right away. Great Customer! I haven’t worked out in years. Thanks to depression, menopause, weight gain and laziness. I have always been a free weight and machine kind of girl. I have had AMP for a few weeks now and now I workout 4-5 times a week! I am LOVING my Workouts again!! Thank YOU AMP for being affordable, beautifully made and looks lovely in my home!

The AMP device is fantastic The assessment session does a great job evaluating your initial physical condition. We are very pleased. The install crew was great. Only only issue we had was the install crew grabbed two shelves instead of a shelf and an accessory rack. However, they returned later with the accessory rack. All in all, the whole experience was great

Great follow up, The shipping was fast. The Installers were very helpful, prompt and easy going. Helped me set up the device with the phone and sync it together. Overall the startup with the equipment is very easy to understand, the app guides you through every single step and makes it very easy to understand whats going on with every move you take and plans you make. the machine works great, surpassed my expectations, no more commute and expensive memberships at the gym, or waiting times at the gym. Its ready to go, takes me seconds to get started, and after 45 mins I am done with the workout. I am an experienced gym goer and like to lift hard, and this machine has different modes like band mode and eccentric mode that makes it more challenging than fixed weights, some workouts even kick my ass and even was unable to finish them im not gonna lie. Overall I'm giving it a 10/10 hands down.

I am updating my review to reflect the recent action by AMP in honoring their advertised 1-year free subscription for the app. My AMP experience has now been upgraded to 5 stars. Thank you AMP for showing integrity by your recent actions. I love the device. But I am not pleased with the miscommunication regarding the 1-year free subscription to the app. When I purchased my unit, the ads still stated that you received a 1-year free subscription to the app. I waited 8 months to get my device and then learned that the 1-year free subscription offer ended before I ordered my device. They should not have continued using the old ads which mislead a lot of customers. When I pointed this miscommunication out to them they offered 2 months free. A far cry from 12-months that was advertised and that I expected.

Delivery and install was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. I also had a question during the ordering process and Customer Support was excellent. I’ve been using the amp fitness device consistently since my install on April 28th and it has made my training so much easier in terms of not having to change out dumbbells and barbells with weight plates. It removes any friction from getting in a fantastic workout.
