I’m having trouble with moving the arm up and down, pulling out the knob continues to be a challenge on. It’s all the way up at the top position. Moore, if I wanted to just go and do some exercises without a program, it doesn’t log it anywhere on the app. There wasn’t sufficient training on how to utilize the app or change some of the areas of focus or remove some of the kinds of exercise exercises. You don’t want showing up on your trainings.
Didn’t think I’d be working out so fast. I researched home gyms, landed on AmpAI, and within minutes I got a text requesting to schedule. Within 3 days I was pumping. Great job !!

The setup and delivery was quick and efficient. The machine is amazing to use and I’m so glad I made this purchase.
Equipment is beautiful. Return process is not user friendly. Unable to speak to anyone outside of auto generated emails. Sold trial period guarantee, but returns are not easy to execute if needed. Machine does not work well in my space, so attempting to return within 30 days.

I loved my ampfit machine for the first year and bragged to everyone about how perfect it was. My subscription went up to 36.00 per month and I decided to use it for a while without the subscription. Wrong...... You can't use the machine without it. It will only go up to 20lbs. and you only have the "fixed" weight setting. This was not what I was told when I purchased it! I spent $2000.00 for this thing and 276.00 in membership fees for the first year. I think I have paid enough that I should be able to use the machine any way I choose. Very deceptive advertising and I would never have purchased this machine if I had known what I was getting. I have a friend that bought his machine just after I did. He is very unhappy about this as well.
Love aup great looking service is great not yet sick away, but I can't wait to use. It got experience so far. I can't wait to start working out with it when I get back. Great company thank you.
I purchased this unit for Christmas. I was unaware that I would be charged an extra 25.00 per month for a subscription which I don’t use or want. I was never advised of this at the time of purchase and I had several conversations with team members, no mention. I don’t appreciate the fact that you make a purchase with a card and they take the liberty to charge it. Very shady and deceptive!! My bank didn’t like it either!!! I asked for documentation of my authorization which they have not produced! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!

The machine is installed, amazing!! I don’t have to get ready to go to the gym. It is tailored to me. I can even create my own plan or use AI and select the body part that I want to target that day. I’m obsessed, I love it!
