What totally won me over to this company for all my future company needs besides the great taste of the coffee is the customer service. I contact the company with a shipment issue and they solved the problem immediately. I was so impressed I made a second order shortly afterwards. My husband and I loveeee the taste. Great customer service bring repeated customer and I’m a customer for life. They you Angelino for great service.

This is the best coffee we've ever had. My son is particularly fond of the Low Acid Medium Roast. But all of it so far has been great. We also love the coffee tumblers. Best way to keep your coffee hot ever! I'm afraid we are customers for life! Thanks!

I am not here to give you a bad review since I have not tried your coffee. This may be nitpicking, but it seems the majority of your reviews are people who like your coffee and that's fine. I get a lot of your ads for K-Pod coffee because I shop online for it. My issue is with your ad that shows what is clearly a used coffee pod being presented as one you might get from.a competing company, with the coffee all clumped together. You don't need to use that kind of ad based on reviews of your coffee. I have NEVER in all my time buying coffee commercially gotten a pod that looked like that. Please reconsider what you put in your ads.

This is the best coffee I've ever had. I order the French vanilla and I must say its as exactly as it taste. I will most definitely be ordering more different flavors.

Easy to sample the variety of coffee in k cup pods. No pressure to buy more coffee than you would need. This coffee tastes fresher than that in the big box grocery stores. My personal favorite is Breakfast in Antigua.

The coffee is excellent, the shipping quick and easy and I think the cost is great compared to what you can buy at a supermarket. I've enjoyed the dark roast and reserve variety boxes and breakfast blend is my wife's favorite. I will continue to order when necessary and clearly Angelino's is my favorite coffee! Really can't see myself buying any other brand. Plus I really like the stories about coffee that are posted on your website. Keep up the good work!

Your coffee is horrible! You refuse to send me a label so I can send it back. Your coffee tastes like the filter was previously used! Pure water! Post office charges $19.00 to return it to you. I have it boxed up n ready to go! Send me a label...not a coupon...I don't want your coffee...it's simply horrible! You have great advertising but your coffee tastes like water...like the pods have been previously used. Do not get the Donut Shop Blend...don't waste your time! Neyra Anderson

I ordered Jamaican me crazy and chocolate raspberry coffee. The Jamaican me crazy tastes great but the chocolate raspberry smells and tastes like burned cigarettes. I know it was over roasted, but they would only give a 20% discount if I kept the bag. Which it's nasty tasting coffee. Or to get full refund or a replacement I have to send it back to them at my cost. They don't really care about the customer and have very poor customer service. Thanks for the response and I got the message of the full refund, just haven't received it yet on my card. I'm a little disappointed with the chocolate raspberry coffee not being able to drink, was really looking forward to drinking it. But again thanks for the refund, just waiting for it to be on my card. Thanks Scott
