I ordered an electric back scrubber for aproximately $60. I live in Minnesota and the product was delivered to Georgia. I contacted the company and they claim it was delivered to my address even though their own email says it wasn’t. They are a scam company. Don’t buy from them.

Ansurely added a 21% tax AFTER the sale when they stated "tax free". This was a$50+ charge. When asked they blamed it on a "system's error" & backed the tax out. I advised them DO NOT ship & they did anyways. Order arrived using a residential street in PA as "the sender." Ansurely would not take the order back & offered a $2 incremential refund per each email. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE A RETURN ADDRESS. All I wanted to do was buy seeds.
Selling seeds they noted on advertisement are from US, but i see shipping started in Spain. Now have to deal with how to dispose foreign based seeds. Can't believe they made it through customs. I will not open or use.
If I could leave a big ZERO I would!!! I purchased the Illuminated Cardinal Tree for someone as a Christmas Gift. It took almost a month to get here so it was extremely late to give as a gift like I had intended but I still had planned on giving it as I told the person their gift was running late. When it arrived, one end of the box was completely crushed. As soon as I opened on end, a bird fell out that had broken into 2 pieces from being damaged in shipment. I contacted the companies customer service department right away and said I would like to return it for a full refund as their site has a "60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee". Their response to me was to get a hot glue gun and glue it and they offered $4.00 back. What a joke! In researching this company, they are fraudulent. At this point I'm starting to feel they mail you damaged items on purpose so they can make money. I ended up turning the company into the Attorney General's office so they can investigate them. Also, when it arrived, the return address wasn't from a company, it was from "Abby Adkins" in Chicago. That says to me that this isn't a real company with real items of any quality. BEWARE!!!
I ordered a 3/4 tiered baking rack - a really cool idea for a baking rack. I did not receive the item in a timely manner. It was expensive for the quality of the item. The item was incomplete. When I reached out to support to get the part that was missing, they just kept offering me $15, when all I really wanted was the missing part (so I could use the rack) or a full refund... It wasn't even the rack pictured on the website - it was cheap and not well made.
Ordered the 2Pcs Pre-lit Christmas Cedar Garland (5.9ft) on November 8th. Was charged by PayPal and PayPal has no recorded of the transaction. It's been 44 days and I still have not received the garland. Anytime I email support, they say give it 3 more days, 3 more days. It's been 44 days and Christmas is just about here and gone. What good is it to me now. This place is a scam. And on their web site they are posting a picture from Trustpilot and showing 4.5 stars. What a LIE...
If I could give them a zero I would! This is fraud. Fell for the 2 lighted pieces of garland 5.9ft. Received one and it was anorexic. Contacted support and they said it was expensive to return because it goes to China and offered $3. I paid $40. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company as it is cheap and took over a month to receive!
This company had an ad on Facebook showing an LED Vintage Glowing Tree that had Cardinals on it. The ad looked like the Cardinals were moving like real birds. Turns out that the Facebook ad was fraudulent because the birds were AI generated, I didn’t know this at the time of purchase. The purchase price was $39.99. I ordered it and Ansurely immediately sent a receipt in the amount of $45.78. Seconds later I received another email receipt from PayPal for this transaction and the payment now had risen to $59.51. This PayPal receipt had my sales tax being owed as $13.73. I correctly calculated my actual sales tax as being only $2.50. I knew immediately that it wasn’t correct, and I felt like they were being sketchy and dishonest. I immediately replied back to Ansurely. They responded back stating that they were checking with the relevant departments and that if I didn’t hear from them in a second message, they refunded it. I immediately replied back to them and told them to cancel my order because I didn’t trust this company by their fraudulent billing practices. I never received a response back. I initiated a dispute with these facts with my credit card company. Ansurely responded to my first query regarding the over inflated sales tax charge, but they never responded to my demand to cancel the order. I was right not to trust this company.
Would give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered the 2-piece pre-lit & decorated 9' long garland. First issue was that they overcharged me on the tax - sales tax here is 9.5% and they charged me over 30%. I requested a refund which they sent. Second issue was shipping - it took 1 month to get to me. The shipping details never updated so I had no idea where the package was or when it would arrive. Third and most major issue was the product itself - I received a 1-piece, NOT pre-lit or decorated plastic piece of "garland" about 5' long. It looks worse than dollar store decor and smells aweful. I immediately contacted the seller and requested a return label so I could send it back and get a refund. They said they won't do that and instead offer me $3 which I refused and reiterated my request. They came back offering me $6. I told them I'm reporting this to my bank as a fraudulent charge/false advertising. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
