I would never recommend buying…

I would never recommend buying prescription glasses from Aoolia. From the very beginning, the whole process was stressful and frustrating. My order took months to arrive. During that time, my payment was refunded and then charged again, creating unnecessary confusion. When the package was finally delivered, it was sent to the wrong address because of an issue with the postcode. Despite my name and company details being on the parcel, it was left at someone else’s property, and I had to travel a considerable distance to retrieve it myself. The biggest disappointment came when I received the glasses. The lenses caused blurry peripheral vision and dizziness, making them uncomfortable and unsafe to wear. After contacting customer service, I was told the issue was due to an incorrect PD (pupillary distance). Although I later obtained my correct PD from my optician, they refused to accept responsibility and declined a refund because they considered it my mistake. Instead, I was asked to pay an additional fee to have the lenses remade. After months of delays, delivery problems, and glasses that I couldn’t wear, I have completely lost confidence in this company. The amount of time, effort, and frustration this order has caused simply isn’t worth it. I will not be purchasing from Aoolia again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking to buy prescription glasses online.

I chose this website because of the variety of glasses and also colours of the lenses, they designs are really unique which is what I wanted

No satisfaction here

I ordered glasses. They didn’t work for I couldn’t see clearly they were just off. Asked how do I get a refund and send the glasses back. Instead of getting answers to my questions I get nope send us a picture of how they sit on your face. They are too high please go get them adjusted. After 2 hours with my optician they got them better but still not so that I can wear the glasses without getting a headache and hurting my nose. Can you take more pictures of your eyes in the glasses. I do that and send the pictures. No customer satisfaction like they claim to give. They are hell bent on making these glasses work and not just refund me. Customer service would not address my questions as to how to send the glasses back and get a refund and how much would they refund me. Nope. Ignored my request completely. Apparently they are processing a new pair. Is this pair going to be good. I highly doubt it and have little faith that this company knows what it is doing. I have learned my lesson. I will Never order online glasses again, not when I have a progressive lens prescription because they are not getting it So very frustrated. I would stay away from this company if you wear progressives

I have yet to recieve, but the frames avaliable and the type of glass you can choose like bluelight and shades is really helpfull especially when I have been needing a prescription glasses but with bluelight! The picture try on could use a little work because its clear the glasses are a little too big compared to the real size but thats part and parcel of tyring them on with a picture-all in all very good.

I made a mistake in the prescription, the aftersales team were so helpful and offered credit for me to order a new pair. Great helpful Customer Service Team...thank you so much. (oh and fantastic glasses!)
