Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re glad our wide frame selection and helpful support team could bring you a nice experience.
Ordered from them based on the reviews on trustpilot. Spent over £100. Courier lost my order. Contacted them to send out an urgent replacement. Can’t get hold of customer service by any of their advertised means and over £100 out of pocket and no sign of any contact from any member of staff despite repeated attempts to contact by chat, mail and phone. Avoid at all costs.
We are sincerely sorry for the terrible stress our lost parcel and unresponsive support has caused you. It is unacceptable that you could not reach our team after multiple attempts, and we fully acknowledge we failed you. Please share your order number to [email protected], and our senior team will immediately arrange a free urgent replacement. We are overhauling our customer service channels to fix these response delays permanently. We hope to earn back your trust by resolving this promptly.
