Very pleased with the translation quality!

This was our first time using Apex for translations. The supplied translated file (in Word) was very clearly organized, so it was super simple to copy and paste into our final documents. They even found a very obscure typo of an acronym in a regulatory reference in the original English that nobody had previously caught, despite multiple internal and external reviews. That unexpected attention to detail went above and beyond! We're super pleased with the results, the reasonable results, and the quick turnover, so we'll definitely be using Apex for future projects!

I felt APEX Translation was very prompt and professionally done. I did find the emails back and forth was a bit much, and having to watch for emails but use the portal could be stream lined a little more, but even with that, we will still continue to use the service for future needs.

One issue is that I requested billing to my company, but the bill, although it came to me via email, was addressed to one of my company's other entities and I had to ask to have it re-done to bill appropriately, per my initial request.
