I made a mistake and sent the wrong thing. I sent a picture, I spoke to them and sent the right document. then they spelled the name wrong. tried to communicate the right name, here is where the problems began. kept sending me document that had nothing to do with translation tried to fix it. time was running out. they kept sending me variations of document that had nothing to do with it over and over. after 15 emails with right document and the name attached still didn't fix. I have up and got it translated elsewhere. waste of time. a major problem with communication

My experience is great because the translation was done accurately, there was a real time communication with me, and above all, the fees were reasonable and competitive compared to other translation companies. I would strongly recommend this company to others looking for both quality and cost-effectiveness.

Unreliable and frustrating service - don’t trust them!

The most disappointing service I came across lately. I needed urgent (within 12hrs) translation from French to Bulgarian and haven’t received it after 24hrs of time (I really doubt I would receive it but even if I do, I no longer need it). Moreover, the customer service was silent to all reminders emails, replying me just once that there were going to check the status with translator and revert. Nothing back. I failed all my work deadlines and eventually used another local service that provided me with fully completed docs within 3hrs of time for twice less price!!! The most frustrating in this story is that if somebody could at least keep in touch with me or apologize for a delay (refunding just the speedy option cost), I would understand and agree to such scenario. But that didn’t happen and I have no idea if I could have my money back (it’s 128$ btw for 2 pages, not entirely filled with text!). I hope this would be at least refunded! Also, after having read reviews here, I realized I’m not the only one facing such issue with this company. So don’t trust them, especially if you have a tight deadline.
