Requested NAATI translated document didn't recieve it ( NAATI) then they demanded another payment and called it a "goodwill" gesture. " customer" service mike Evans went as far to say it was my mistake and called me a liar. If your not sure look at their FB reviews. Avoid at all costs Update check the one star reviews here, very accurate! Update 21/06 ACCC Investigating and noted that this company is on their ' radar: for this type of behaviour. Looking forward to outcome.

As we previously explained to you by email, and in response to your earlier review which has since been removed by Trustpilot, the order you placed was not for a NAATI-certified translation. We also shared the invoice with you confirming the certification type selected at the time of purchase. Your order was placed as a standard certified translation, and that is exactly what was delivered to you. After delivery, you realized that you needed a NAATI-certified translation and requested that we provide one. Our team explained that this was not possible, as each certification type is handled by a different accredited translator. Our team did not demand an additional payment. Instead, they guided you to place a new order with the correct certification option. To help with the situation, we also offered you a 25% discount on your next order.
