I do not recommend using this service at all. The pricing is in USD, however at checkout it only displayed the “$” symbol and did not clearly indicate USD at the point of payment. As an Australian customer, I understood this to be the final amount and ended up being charged significantly more than expected after conversion. Had this been made clear during checkout, I would never have placed the order and would have gone elsewhere. I contacted support shortly after placing my order to cancel and request a refund, but was told I could only receive a 50% refund because my order had already entered processing. The communication throughout the process was frustrating and inconsistent. The website indicated an approximate turnaround of 2 days, however it ended up taking around 1.5 weeks to receive my translation. During that time I had to send multiple follow-up emails because I urgently needed the document and got no responses.

I used 4 times TranslateSwift for a NAATI certified translation needed for official purposes for Australia, and I am highly impressed. The process was straightforward I just uploaded my documents and received the draft quickly. The translation was accurate, properly stamped with the NAATI credentials, and accepted without any issues. Their customer service was responsive throughout. I highly recommend them if you need fast, reliable NAATI translations!
An immoral and dishonest company
I would strongly recommend not to use this company, firstly they are very expensive, what you believe is the price in Australian dollars is in fact in USD so most other companies are cheaper. However what really annoyed me about their service was I was promised a partial refund from this company because I paid for 2 translations and I was informed by the company that what I asked for only constituted as 1 translation. I have waited several weeks for the refund now and nothing has shown up and I have asked repeatedly about the refund and they simply refuse to respond to my question. I have read many, many other reviews from other people now warning them not to use this translateswift for similar reasons as I experienced. This company clearly has no respect for their customers and I for one will never use them again.

Dear Matthew Morris, We have investigated your claim and, based on our records, we do not find it to be accurate. 1. You uploaded your licence for translation on our order page and selected “2 pages.” However, our order page clearly states that a licence, front and back, is considered a 1 page document. This information is provided specifically to help customers avoid overpaying. 2. Once we received your order, our manager reviewed it and emailed you to inform you that you had overpaid. We then processed a refund for the extra page. This was done proactively, before you had raised the issue with us. 3. Our team then completed the translation and delivered it to you. After delivery, our QA team contacted you to ask if everything was satisfactory with the translation. You advised that the translation was missing the NAATI stamp or translator information. Our QA team responded and sent you a screenshot showing the NAATI translator stamp on the translation. At that point, you advised that the issue was with your printer and that the stamp had not printed clearly. 4. You then repeatedly contacted our team regarding the refund, even though our team had already sent you confirmation showing that the refund had been processed. We also explained that once a refund has been issued from our side, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank, and there is nothing further we can do to speed up that process. 5. Despite this, you described our company as “immoral” and “dishonest,” even though our manager had informed you right away that you had overpaid and the overpayment was promptly refunded. 6. You also mentioned that you had read “many, many” other reviews from people describing similar experiences. Please note that we have an aggregated rating of 4.6 from thousands of customers, mostly 5 star reviews. The small fraction of negative reviews you may have seen are often related to similar issues, such as customers selecting the wrong options on the order page or expecting refunds to appear instantly after being processed.
