This is a scam. You can't cancel your subscription. I paid for 3 months and barely used the service, I didn't like it. Then, without warning, they charged me for the subscription extension. At the same time, I don't have access to my account, when I go to my email address, my account is not paid for and I can't cancel the subscription. They refuse to refund the money, I'm afraid they will continue to charge me for a service that they don't provide and it's impossible to cancel it. I don't recommend it. Don't subscribe, it's a scam, you can't cancel it, there's no such function in the profile. You have no contact to contact them, only a chatbot from an intermediary, the seller. I wanted to cancel my subscription, no direct way to access EWA so had to use Paddle. Sent them a message and received EWA will be in touch with you in the next 72 hours but heard nothing. Sent another message two weeks later; same result. Tried to get my credit card company to cancel my next and subsequent payment and was told I had to wait for the next payment then dispute the charge. Been there, done that. The credit card company first asks you to contact the merchant! Had to cancel my credit card and get another reissued. Total scam. STAY AWAY!

Extremely frustrating and unacceptable cancellation process. Support keeps replying with cryptic, repetitive messages asking me for an invoice that I was never provided in the first place. Instead of resolving anything, they keep sending me in circles and asking for documents I do not have. To make matters worse, the app and the company/payment system you actually pay through are not even the same. I was told by support that Paddle acts as a reseller and that my request had to be forwarded elsewhere. So as a customer, you are passed between different companies while simply trying to cancel. At this point, the process feels either completely incompetent or deliberately designed to make cancellation as difficult as possible so customers keep paying. Impossible to deal with, and I would not recommend this app to anyone.

I was charged a 6 month renewal for $69 with no notice. I emailed them as well as the third party they use on the day the charge was made and it was still pending. They sent me a link to cancel which I did, but would not refund my money. EWA sent me their terms as well and basically said too bad, we are keeping your money. It is a deceptive trade practice to renew without consumer notification the charge is coming. I had no notification. I do not recommend working with a company where you must cancel 6 months before you realize you want to stop it. Contacting EWA did not help. I emailed Paddle.com about this deceptive practice. They were able to get my refund for me. They are the company handling the financial transactions and a search will show they have faced this problem with many software companies so are responsive.
