So far a good experience!!
My first time to use a second party to book flights in probably 10 yeats and so far through the booking process it has been a good experience. Hope is our agent and she has been very helpful, thorough, a good communicator and kept me in the loop to my satisfaction. I did a lot of research checking flight prices and schedules with the airline vs Aran Grant and they have been very competitive in price.

Johnson was very responsive and gave me the information i requested. Some of the responses seemed confusing, but that was because the actual answers are confusing…and he did send me the written language so that I could decipher it (eg related to the refundability in case we have to cancel our trip) My husband did discover that British Airlines does have a full refundability policy, but those flights were substantially more expensive, so we would have selected the itinerary that Johnson assembled anyway. I plan to continue working with him on further decisions and a car rental.
