Moses made my decision making not just easier, but better. The information he presented was not biased towards sales, but helped me understand what would be best for my trip to Morocco. I was hesitant to use this company at first..I saved over 2k by using them. And everything was perfect. Will book through them again!
I have booked flights USA-Europe 4 times in biz class. For this last one, the agent made a mistake in booking, which led to a double charge of 2 biz class tickets on Lufthansa. I have tried getting a refund since April only to be given excuse after excuse. This is unacceptable and I will never use this company again. I had referred friends and will warn everyone using this company.
