Johnson was amazing! He was able to get me a great flight schedule that I was unable to find on my own. Plus business class for all segments. Often times, it’s economy for shorter segments. I have used Arangrant in the past and will use them in the future.

Awful experience, DO NOT BOOK with them
I had a very disappointing experience booking through Arangrant. I was repeatedly told that my ticket was not Basic Economy and that it included a carry-on bag. Both statements were incorrect. I only discovered this after contacting the airline directly.
Because of the misinformation, I had to pay unexpected baggage fees, spend additional money changing my reservation myself, and waste several hours troubleshooting an issue that should never have happened. I was also placed in the last boarding group on my departure flight because I had actually been booked in Basic Economy. To make matters worse, I was forced to check my $1,600 Rimowa suitcase, which came back with cosmetic damage.
The most frustrating part was that I had to resolve the booking errors myself with the airline rather than receiving accurate assistance from the travel agency. I would not recommend booking through Arangrant if you expect accurate information about the ticket you’re purchasing.
