24-hour service, and we keep our promise!
This company responding immediately during one of our heat waves late one evening. We are both in our seventies with an older dog and the heat was really intense. The company responded immediately within 20 minutes of the call, at 6:30 p.m. arrives, gave a diagnosis, no pressure, and within 3 days a new system was running. He gave us many options, and made us aware of a mold situation that pre-existed. Installation was about as good as you can get. They even gave us a window unit to hold us over temporarily as a loner. You can do no better than this company. So many of them advertised 24-hour emergency service, well good luck. One called me 7 Days later. That was not the case with Air Experts. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. And all of the employees and the sales rep were just as kind, I'm very good explanations for the purchase . I will never have to take to give them a recommendation, because it will be well appreciated and followed up on. In this society, at least following up is important. They do just that. Kudos for your excellent work.

Clerks at Lowe’s did not explain possible contact with installation team so I came home with a water heater, and installer arrived with a comparable machine.
Email regarding inspection should be accompanied by a personal phone call to assist in the process of scheduling a date.
The service is amazing. But what really makes this company are the people. They're professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They truly want to help you. I'd recommend them to anyone, no matter the size of the job.

Missed Appointments and zero urgency
Missed Appointments and zero urgency. Been without AC for three days on a brand new system installed by ARS six months ago (1/26/2026). Appointment windows mean absolutely nothing, even when told that I would be first on the schedule. The 24 hour service guarantee is a complete joke, no one will even discuss the fact that they are days past 24 hours and per their own guidance will write a check for $555. If you need a new unit or service, please look elsewhere. I'm expecting them to also fight the 100% unconditional money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with new equipment within 1 year. At this point I plan on going with a company that stands behind what they put on paper.

The service was excellent! The tech was supposed to leave me with photos of the pipe going to the roof of my home that needs to be repair in the near future.

This is the 2nd review and I have called multiple time. No one has came back to fix the shelving that was taken apart and to replace the trim to our attic that was taken down. Someone came out to look a few days ago, told me they would be here Saturday (yesterday) to fix and never showed up. Not even a call to say they weren’t coming. I wasted my entire day waiting for nothing. At this point I’m asking myself why I gave you all my business if my house was going to be left in the state that it’s in. A phone call saying they couldn’t make it would have been acceptable.
