what to expect before purchase

Purchased the Wood acoustic wall panel and LED strip lighting. Looks amazing! During the installation, we had to reglue a few of the slats back onto the foam backing. (I thought they would have assembled better.) We also had to apply additional tape to the LED strips to prevent them from falling off (as they did several times). We had envisioned adding shelving to accent the wall. Due to the width between each of the slats, it was difficult to find a shelf bracket or shelving to fit. We reached customer service (only by text) to receive a reply to get a custom bracket made. The company's focus is ONLY on the panels and LED lighting! I wish we had known this before our purchase.

More flexible tabs

The only thing I feel would improve your product is to have the interlocking tabs more flexible (more elastic than plastic) Several tabs were broken during shipment, and a few were broken by stacking half hazardly while assembling.

Paid for my order and 10 days later it was not shipped. Once Art3d was notified, they discovered their error but instead of upgrading my shipment (as promised), they shipped it ground. VERY poor customer service.

Exceptional peel and stick tile

All around good experience

I was able to change my order without issue and got a refund for the price difference. The shipment did get delayed though so I had to reschedule my contractor, but now the back splash is up and looks beautiful

Buyers BEWARE

I ordered 8 cases of wall tiles, totaling $384.00 Their website misrepresented the square footage of the tiles, insinuating that each tile covered 23.25 sq ft, when the entire box covers 23.25 sq ft, this caused me to calculate the sq ft needed incorrectly. Upon receiving, on Feb 19th, I emailed and explained that due to the way their dimensions were worded on their website, insinuated that the square footage was grated then what it was. They apologized for the confusion their website caused and provided a return address. I took all 8 cases into UPS, and it was going to be over $250 to return shipping. I called the contact number, and they said they could not help and that I needed to email customer service for a return label. Unfortunately, it takes roughly 24-48 hours for a response. I requested a return label, and they responded giving me the option to keep and offered a partial refund. Communications with this company are terrible and customer service is nonexistent. The customer takes the liability if their website is incorrect. I am responsible to pay $125 shipping to return due to their misrepresentation. I would avoid doing business with ART3D, as this has been impossible to rectify, and I am out a lot of money due to their false advertisement. I feel I should warn others of their practices since I cannot get them to take responsibility, I plan to create a Better Business Bureau complaint to warn others not to make the same mistake I did by doing business with them.
