I had made a large order, then customer service sent an email asking if they could send one box to make sure the tiles worked and were what I was looking for before sending all 10 huge boxes. I ended up loving them, so I sent another email letting them know it was safe to send the rest of my order. I received them promptly. Much appreciated, great responsiveness and communication.
