I just ordered couple of dresses but i have not received anything yet although upon seeing your website on my instagram i was amazed seeing all your products because it is very artistic and unique. Super nice and cool. And it really did catch my eye interest so i purchased some dresses. Can't wait to arrive in my mail soon.

Fraudulent
Fraudulent, complete misrepresentation of products. What they show for products and list in product description is not what they send. This said “knitted” in two places and showed a dimensional knit product in the photo. What they sent was a low-quality printed photo of knitting design on a bulky hoodie. I had to request a refund through PayPal because they never replied to my 3 emails for return info/refund request despite their seemingly standard return policy they had on their website that I checked before buying.

This company misrepresents its products as appearing very high quality in pictures on the website while the actual product is different, made of low quality materials. Descriptions and picture look like "woven" 3D clothing but they are nothing but prints on cheap polyester material. The return process is very difficult, if you get a response form the customer service email address at all. I challenged this charge on my credit card, citing consumer misrepresentation and fraudulent advertising using a bait and switch scam. I also gave my cc company the trustpilot web address so they can see that other consumers are experiencing the same thing. I also reported them to the BBB citing a scam and once the government shut down is over I will be reporting to the federal trade commission. I have also gone out of my way to report as many advertisements as possible to Facebook as scam, fraud, and false information. If more people join me maybe we can get the website taken down.

I placed an order and after seven days of not receiving shipping information, reached out by email. I never received a response and am now trying to get a refund with no luck. The company does not respond to emails and there's no way to call.

Fake! AI pictures! Ripoff! Don't order!
Everything looks beautiful online, but when you receive the items you order they are nothing like what is shown on the website. Nothing is knit, everything is cheap screen printing on extremely thin material. AI was used to create the beautiful pictures you see. I could not be more disappointed with what I received. I have been trying since January to get a refund. I have been given every excuse in the world why I can't return the items to them. The only thing they have offered me is a discount on my next purchase of 5 or 10%.
This is a scam
This is a scam. Instead of the beautiful description and image shown I received 2 screen printed bohemian tops and a pair of bohemian screen printed pants. I contacted my credit card company and filed a claim indicating that I did not receive the merchandise as described. I sent photos and an investigation is ongoing. The CC company did not make payment to the scammers and I was able to donate the clothes once the investigation was completed. But you must first follow the refund instructions from this scammer and contact your cc company immediately after you have completed the refund policy steps.
Love the Design – Not So Much the Website
I really like the style of your products – they are unique and very appealing. The purchasing process on your website was easy and straightforward, which I appreciated. However, it’s quite frustrating that the search function doesn’t work properly. You always have to scroll through all the items in a category to find something. It would also be very helpful to have multiple images per product — for example, showing both the front and back — as this would make me even more likely to buy.

Your website was easy enough to navigate, the only problem I had was ordering sizing. I was going to get a medium but with no size guide, I opted for a large and am worried it will be too big when I get it. It would be good if you had a size guide near the ordering sizes.

Scam!
I received my order today and it’s an absolute joke! In description, it says chunky knitted SWEATER and I got a flimsy polyester printed hoodie!!!!! It is a printed hoodies with printed cable look. Same for the bottoms. Not only the tops and bottoms don’t match in color, but there’s nothing knitted or chunky about it!. It doesn’t look anything like the advertising, doesn’t look anything like what models are wearing where you can clearly see the knitted elements and texture details. Disgrace and fake advertising and now no-one is responding to get my money back!!!!I
