If i could give this scam artist thief of a company, I would. I paid for an xs dress, and what arrived was XL. The dress looked NOTHING lile website. What I got was a cheap, male L pullover with a poorly printed pattern. I have asked for a refund and they flatly refuse, saying I can only get a discount to buy more from them. I ordered a dress from Arts Wardrobe expecting a luxurious gown with 3D floral appliqués and a dramatic skeleton design, as advertised on their website. What I received was shockingly different—a cheaply made dress with a flat printed pattern, poor-quality material, loose threads, and faded colors. It looked more like a basic costume than the elegant piece shown online. When I contacted customer service, the experience was equally disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly offered small discount coupons (10%, then 20%, then 30%) and suggested I keep the item or give it to friends. They refused to provide a prepaid return label and insisted that I pay international shipping to return the item to China, despite the fact that the product was clearly misrepresented. This is a textbook case of misleading advertising. I will never purchase from this site again and strongly advise others to avoid it. If you value quality and honesty, look elsewhere.

This company is a TOTAL scam!!! None of their products look like their pics. They are cheaply made with very poor quality and look NOTHING like the pics at all. They refuse to give you their address for returns and make so many excuses like "the expensive costs to return the products back to China" to try and get us not to return their disgusting imatation products. The company is a total scam. Do not waste your time or money dealing with such people!!!! I had to contact my bank to get my money bank because they kept dragging their feet and making one excuse after another. The BBB has a TON of complaints about this company and they should be investigated and shut down. Until that happens DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!

If I could give zero Stars I would what I ordered and what I received were two completely different things. I have asked for a refund and they literally want me to take pictures of what I received so I plan on filing a charge dispute! I would love to upload the photos of what I ordered versus what I got but this page doesn't give me that option.

I emailed customer support TWICE asking for shipping info- no tracking info provided upon payment or ever. This came today- Nov 14! NOT AT ALL WHAT WAS ADVERTISED!! It’s an ugly, screen print on the garment. And Their “small” is like an XL! Do not order anything from these people!
