Arveilo is a scam don't buy. I bought some suede loafers on December 10th and never got them and it's been 21 days today when they promised delivery in 12 days. 17Track shipping is also a scam now when I checked it says it still has not even shipped yet.
Total rip off!!
The items you see in the pictures aren't the items you'll get in the mail. Very cheaply made shoes and clothing. Also, it will take twice as long to receive since its coming from China. Not worth the headache and disappointment!
Extortionate cost to return products for a refund.
We ordered some shoes which did arrive, but where the wrong size. After a lengthy process of taking pictures and video of the purchase and getting approval to get a refund, we were told we had to ship them to the UAE at our expense. The cost of shipping is almost half the value of the product and there is no guarantee that we will get a refund. Don't buy anything you might want to return.
Scam- claims quality- but you get cheap…
Scam- claims quality- but you get cheap shoes. They state the shoes are made in France- but come from China. You call them out on it and they reply saying they never claimed they are made in France but look at the website- we have screenshots and it still states it on their site! Avoid at all cost!
I bought 250 dollars worth of clothes…
I bought 250 dollars worth of clothes that were on sale and it came completely different to the picture with one of the worst qualities I have ever felt, cost me 100 dollars to return it back which they said they would provide a return for us, and once it was payed and shipped they did not accept it and left us with nothing, don’t ever buy from here there support was ass too.
I am a bit confused with my order
I am a bit confused with my order. I ordered the velino hybrid jacket. It has arrived today no issue with the delivery but the quality of the product is not up to scratch. The quality in the pictures on the website look so much better than the product I got in real life. I know it’s minimal branding but there is no branding whatsoever on this jacket not even on the inside at the back of the neck it just has the size of the jacket. Overall the quality is not great and I was given false hope with the product and probably will not buy from them again.
Don’t get scammed like I did
I purchased $100 shoes on sale for $55 for my son for Christmas. They were extreme poor quality, and when I went to ship back it was going to cost $31! This means it cost them $31 to ship to me at best so there’s NO WAY they are shipping anything of quality out, I may contact my credit card company and see about a fraud complaint, I’m not sure - the people who email are very friendly but I wouldn’t recommend trusting this site. In hindsight I didn’t see product reviews though the website is very nice . Now my son is left without the shoes he wanted as well, these are such poor quality it’s unbelievable,
Absolutely terrible stay away
Absolutely terrible. I ordered a sweater it smelt terrible on arrival. I washed it and it still smelt terrible. It smelt like a bad gym bag. Do not buy from here. No matter how many times I washed the jumper it still smelt terrible. Horrible experience

Warning: Do not buy from this store They sent me the wrong item, made me pay for the return, and then refused to accept the package—so I never got my money back. Total scam. Also, the clothes are nothing like what they advertise. Very poor quality.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had shopping online. The most pathetic shipping and “customer service” as well. Will never allow anyone I know to shop from this trash bag site again.
Watch out
Watch out, this website is scam! They don’t deliver as promised. We ordered a trousers and a sweater, for my sons birthday, 110 euro's in total, and both products where totally different than the items on the website. It’s cheap Chinese stuff, without a label. Not worth 110 euro’s at all. Different colour, different fabric, different pattern. And you have to return it to Dubai for high costs… We emailed them but they don’t want to take any responsibility for it.

Scam company. Avoid at all cost. Been a month since i ordered and they do not respond via customer service. 70$ down the drain but lesson learned. Hope they spend my money on their health

I would give 0 stars if I could. Got a defective product. Connector to recharge offset so cannot recharge. Used product once. Have sent picture e times and they said they were blurry. Very clear in my end. Then they asked for video which I sent. Guess they are trying to make me give up. Very poor customer service. They send nice email but do nothing to resolve. Buyer beware!!!
