AVOID ARVEILO AT ALL COSTS - complete scam.
Ordered leather sneakers and linen trousers. After three weeks, what arrived: shoes that were AT LEAST 4 sizes smaller than the size ordered (ordered EU 46, my father who wears a 44 couldn’t even get his foot in), and trousers in a completely different color than what was shown on the site (ordered off-white, received green).
Contacted their support with photos and video proof as they require. They dragged their feet, then finally agreed to a refund IF I shipped the items back - at MY expense, to an international address, costing me 10x what the items cost them in return shipping. I did exactly what they asked, shipped everything back, confirmed it, and provided tracking/receipt.
Result? Radio silence. No refund. No confirmation of receipt. Nothing.
The only reason I might see a cent of my money back is because I opened a chargeback dispute directly with my bank - not because Arveilo did the right thing. They banked on me giving up after the return shipping hassle. Don’t make my mistake: if you’ve already ordered and got scammed, start a return procedure and then skip wasting weeks emailing their “customer service” and go straight to your bank for a chargeback. That’s the only thing that actually works with this company.
Zero stars if I could.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online order. Super expensive to return and very bad customer service. If I could rate it, I would give it -100. Please don’t by from these scammers. Give the money to a homeless in stead, or burn it. Couse you will not be able to wear it anyways
terrible terrible experience, never got the goods i ordered, never got order confirmation, never got nothing. tried contacting them, no reply.. what ever you do, do not order anything from this scam site.. i was lucky since i paid with Amex and disputed the charge, got all the money back..
I think everyone already understands this is a dropshipping site.
How do you get your money back? Use a chargeback and refer to local consumer protection laws, and it will work!

Just as another person mentioned…. I tried to return an item that was shipped from the same state it was shipping to, wants me to return to Dubai!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
Very cheap quality and not worth the money. What you see online is not what you get delivered. Cost you more to return the item than what it is worth. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Terrible cheap Chinese quality, items received were nothing like what was advertised or close to correct sizing. Returns policy makes it a headache to return anything. Do not buy from here
Scam alert: Advertised as "100% linen", but contains 0% linen!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arveilo. I ordered what was advertised as "100% linen trousers," but upon arrival, it became instantly clear that there is absolutely zero linen in this fabric. It is a cheap synthetic or alternative material.
Selling fake materials under the guise of premium natural fabric is a direct misrepresentation of products and a deceptive trade practice. This is highly unprofessional and misleading to consumers.
I have already demanded a full refund. Buyers beware—do not trust their material descriptions. Check your items carefully!
Ordered Capraia Leather navy trainers, size 11. They took 10 days to be delivered to UK. Colour was not as shown on website, size was tiny more like an size 8. Also quality was poor and trainers had very strong chemical smell. In view of the returns policy, I wont even attempt to return and just put this down to bad experience and the shoes will go into the bin! do not buy from this site, unfortunately I was too late after seeing the brand advertised on tiktok and other platforms!
The delivery time took forever.bthe quality of the shirts and pants were horrible. The shirt looks like they came out of a shrink e dink oven. Will never purchase again.
Avoid at all cost I bought 4 boss polo shirts was impressed with price then when I received them realised why arvello have blocked my email so iv had to resort to trading standards as I believe they are fake bo boss lables poor quality ect
Poor quality, impossible to return goods, avoid at all costs
Long lead times, poor quality, returns have to be paid to send to UAE (a cost which is greater than the original value of the clothes).
My son ordered items from the website. The clothes which were received 6 weeks later, came direct from China, were of very poor quality with no branding. Certainly not worth what he paid for them by any stretch of the imagination.
Just to give one indication of the lack of quality, the jeans, which bore no resemblance to those ordered, hd no button hole at the top of the zip - ie were completely unfinished.
The website explains that returns have to be made to the UAE where they are donated to charity (!) only then will monies be refunded they say.
Obviously this is very expensive and effectively makes it impossible to return the items. We will be initiating a charge back but save yourself he trouble and avoid !
I ordered a top and came a different colour, sizing was not great, poor quality. No size labels inside garment and no tags! you have to return yourself to DUBAI! At a massive cost! Would not order from here again it’s a SCAM
