Waiting 3 months for delivery
I had ordered a Christmas present back in December. I was originally given a date in February for delivery. I still haven't received it and looked again, and it said delivery is set for March 31st. I have ordered from this shop before and have no issues.

I ordered two products.
I ordered two products. One came on the date that I told them would be the last possible date I would be available to accept. It is now 7 days later and there is no news as to when the second doll is to be shipped or if it is in route. I must say the first doll would be absolutely perfect if it had a heartbeat as well as the breathing action. It is a beautifully painted and dress doll, perfect for cuddling and calming old or young ones. The size is perfect for discrete traveling but when being held received many exclamations as to how lifelike she appears. Thank you! Am anxiously awaiting the second doll which favored my now grown son. Hope it comes soon. Peggy
Could have been a better experience
Great products. Customer Service lacks. Representative didn't address my frustration with paying express mail prices when the product was no where near me the day before Christmas. I called twice and reps seemed like broken records reading a script.
