Great products and exceptional customer service.
I made 2 purchases. Baby Ella & Just Arrived (alien baby). They both came securely packaged. We did have a missing accessorie with the alien baby. I contacted customer service via email and they responded very quickly. They said they were sending a replacement and I thought they were just sending me the missing accessory, however they sent me a whole other doll with the missing accessory. It was very unexpected and the level of customer service we received was great. My husband was very impressed. We definitely made customers for life. We highly recommend Ashton-Drake for your gifting needs.

Ordered a month before Christmas
Ordered a month before Christmas, didn’t make it in in time, wasn’t going to deliver until February then March, then randomly canceled on me before I ever recieved it. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Review of Tiffany doll…
My granddaughter loves her doll and she is very cute but the biggest complaint is the color of the doll. She is an African American doll but she is very gray versus a chocolate brown. If you are representing an African American doll you have to work on a rich brown tone whether light brown or deep brown not gray.
