Dolls are beautiful for one. It's very easy to order anything. But I wish the prices were lower so I could buy more. I am so happy to see some of the dolls prices come down though, I would like to see more.

You improper treatment of a senior constantly cancel my orders even…
You constantly cancel my orders even when I pay the entire amount. You send me cancelation emails and threathen me that if I do not pay the doll in full, I will not get her. The dolls are a preorder and not arriving until October 28 but you demand my money now. I am a senior citizen on disability; yet you continue to harass me. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Even my bank wants to go after them for what they are doing I am going to consumer affairs to have them investigated for their behavior.

Never again, I made a order.. and when I try to contact them for any update because I received a weird email.. the lady was not helpful at all and said that she cancel my order because they didn’t have it at that time and when I asked her so why is still available in the website she ignored me..
