Not happy with the shipping charges. What showed prior to checking out was $12.95. After purchase and email confirmation shipping total $25.95. This is false advertisement. I contacted customer service and they told me nothing could be done. I will not purchase from this company again.

I purchased the dachshund for my granddaughter’s birthday. I was very happy with it. It was very well made. I even purchased a few of the available costumes. It is a subscription, but they make it extremely easy to cancel. My granddaughter loves it. She named it Socks. Socks now visits me too.

I used this site a number of years ago and the idea of a doll came up again and I remembered ordering from them so I looked them up again. What a disaster! I haven’t even received the order and I’m having issues. First order they cancelled without an email or anything. I reordered and paid the 2 day shipping. Checked back and it’s saying delivery in mid Aug??? I called and they are telling me I had to call in to get the credit payment released??? What! Why would I as the customer know to do that? That doesn’t even make sense. I placed an online order for a product. Why is it so many hoops to get the item I paid for? AND I’m not getting what I paid for which is the 2 day shipment. Never again.
