I preferred to place my order directly with Asian Brush Painters instead of using Amazon but I regret my choice.
1. I never received my order, despite their "100% Happiness Guarantee” and the charges that were processed.
2. Their Order History doesn’t list the order I placed
3. Their Contact interface doesn’t reply to my messages.
4. They email contact at "
lulu-at-asianbrushpainters.com” bounces back.
5. For months after placing my order, their website showed a marketing message sharing my purchase (which I never received)
Loved My Chinese Art Haul—Fast Shipping, Even Better Customer Care!
Wow, I've got to say, this experience has been nothing short of amazing! The quality of the Xuan paper and the Chinese calligraphy brushes I ordered is absolutely top-notch. The paper is so delicate and absorbent, perfect for my ink wash paintings. And the brushes, oh, the brushes! They're incredibly responsive and allow for such fine control, which is essential for my art.
The delivery was super fast, and the packaging was meticulous, ensuring that the items arrived in pristine condition. I was also impressed with the customer service. The team was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all my queries with a smile – even though we were communicating across different time zones!
I'm really looking forward to creating some beautiful pieces with these materials and can't wait to share them with the community. Kudos to the website for making this transaction such a pleasant one. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my fellow artists and will be shopping here again soon!
