Meh; I wish I had done better shopping comparisons before purchasing. You get what you pay for. It is ok, kind of minimal.

Hi Jane. I’m not sure what I did wrong with your order. This is the first communication you’ve sent me regarding your purchase. I’m sorry it wasn’t great.
Jane ordered on Saturday 4/11. As a single person business, I fulfilled this order first thing Monday 4/13 at 7:10 am MST.
Looking at Tracking, USPS sent this package to Denver, St. Paul, Philadelphia, Dallas, and then finally to its actual destination in New Mexico. I don’t know why they did this nor do I have any control over this.
The order was for a single unfilled Sandbag which is clearly stated in the title. The dimensions are provided and video as well.
Not knowing the actual issue for this review, these are the only complaints I can think might be an issue for this particular customer.
Please reach out so I can provide you with customer service.
Asivana Yoga makes excellent products that last forever. Additionally, their customer service is impeccable and they stand behind their products. Big thumbs up to the company.

Thank you. I am everyone at Asivana so it feels good to catch issues before they get too big and of course communicating. Thanks for being available for that communication and the review.
So so amazing! I accidentally ordered eucalyptus when I wanted lavender for my friend and when I reached out to customer service they swapped my order with no hassle at all and very thoughtfully monitored it. I got the lavendar in the end and so happy with it! Shipping also arrived on time.

Beautiful & powerful mala
Beautiful & powerful mala. Thank you Jack & Lauren. This is the most robust mala I have come across. Most seem like they would easily break, not these. I have worn my mala everyday for about a month and no wear and tear. I have even washed the tassel with cold water and gentle soap. Thanks again. Nice to have met you in Telleride.

Absolutely! We're so happy you are enjoying the mala and it's quality. We love handcrafting malas and feel blessed this one is on a journey with you!
