Would give zero stars if I could. Have now bought 2 sets of Aukey earphones. The right ear piece has failed on both sets. I’ve tried emailing Aukey customer service several times. Received not a single response. Very poor service all round. AVOID!!!
I had a disappointing experience with Aukey's customer support. When I reached out about an issue with one of their product, their responses felt entirely scripted and lacked any real engagement with my problem. Instead of investigating or offering any helpful troubleshooting, they simply sent generic replies that didn't address the specific issue at all. It's clear that they aren't taking the time to understand the customer’s problem. I expected more in terms of technical support, especially when dealing with hardware that should be reliable. I’m really disappointed with their lack of attention to customer concerns
I bought a power bank from them that died while under warranty. I contacted their support department through multiple different mechanisms and they never responded. I've been happy with their products in the past, but what use is a warranty if you can't claim against it?
Awful customer support, not even sure if THERE IS customer support despite assurances on Website. Have one of their dashcams, it's good EXCEPT whenever you turn the car off the system resets, date & time become the default, as do all the other settings. Tried their webform reporting problem, none of the email addresses offed actually exist. Only found issue when I went to check something and found innumerable short videos all with the same date stamp

Never buy from this brand again. Bought 1 powerbank and it's swelling big after warranty expires 1 week The brand denied all their responsibility Other brand powerbank is still working fine after 5 years And this is Chinese company, not Germany like they advertised

Aukey has affordable products that are absolutely amazing. In my experience they have not failed to disappoint. I look forward to buying more of their products in the future and becoming immersed in the brand!
Products ok while they last but if they fail under warranty you can forget any form of support. Will not respond to any method of contact.
Aukey USB-C to 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub Great little hub, easy to connect and use. Does not require additional power. Even included a USB converter to switch back/forth from USB-C to USB. Value for the cost. Highly recommend
Had the Aukey Model Pb-N50 dual port power bank. It expoloded. When attempting to replace the product under their alleged warranty, like many others, there was no response received. Never spending any money with them again which shouldn't be a problem since they are on life support after getting delisted from Amazon.
I have two new Aukey power banks. one of them isnt charging. If i look up support on the Aukey website. it says to give the reference number on the 'outside' of the packaging. Because this throw away part is where you would keep it right? No. My other one which i identical also does not have it and is still sealed. I have emailed Aukey EU support and guess what, no reply, no support.
Company has not responded to a. Fire hazard on their batty pack. The charging connector melted during charging. No response from aukey

Received a pair of in ear earphones as a Christmas gift the left bud doesnt work, i emailed Aukey via the contact info on the literature that came with the earphones. I waited several weeks for a reply and got no response, contacted them again via email 5 months on still no response. Worst customer service, I'm convinced it has to be some kind if scam because how can customer service be so unreachable even via their nonuser friendly website. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Over two weeks i keep sending emails to get help with RMA to this AWFUL company . One and the only phone number is disconnected, they never respond to emails . Preparing major complaint to BBB, 311 and State attorney. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Avoid this brand at any cost !! Time to join and take a legal action against this trashy company and kick this brand out of US market
Company refused to fulfill garanty. After confirmation that they would refund the product I did not receive the payment and do not get any answers to my e-mails.
I bought a product on Amazon that was still under warranty. I have tried contacting Aukey multiple times via all 3 contact methods on their side (2 different emails + the contact form) with no replies in over 3 weeks.
