I had a problem with my 1 yr old Exodus…
I had a problem with my 1 yr old Exodus 1200 throwing a E022 code when the battery % got down to 6 or 7%. I contacted customer support and let them know I had tried several times to leave the unit on charger for several hours to balance cells but I was still getting this error code. They immediately issued a return shipping label for my Exodus to come in for warranty repair. Jack in customer support was very helpful, courteous and quick respond. You can't ask for more than that!

The unit was DOA, no customer service.
The unit was DOA. Would not turn on. Plugged it in all day. Still dead as a rock. Zero help in owners manual. Zero customer support — Does not reply to emails. Phone puts you in hold and then hangs up. At this point, my money is just gone

I like how easy some contact was. But I also sent in a question about recycling a while while ago. And it still has not been answered, so not fully confident that the customer service experience is exceptional
I love my second Oupes 2400 Watt Power…
I love my second Oupes 2400 Watt Power Station. Now I can use one while charging the other with the portable solar panel. I have 2 kitchens. Now I can run both refrigerators and one chest freezer during a power outage. Looking forward to eventually getting a Guardian 6000 V2 or 2 and some more panels so that I can run my 240V AC/Heat units.
False advertisement
These products don’t work as advertised. Customer service is the absolute worst to respond to anyone. It takes at least 24 hours but up to 5 days to get a response. The only reason for 1 star is because they do stand behind the warranty because you’re going to be using it a lot. And refunds are completely out of the question. Go a different route. Do not purchase.

I bought the mega power station two. It is performing beyond my expectations. I did have trouble connecting to Bluetooth, but their customer service was exceptional.

I purchased the OUPES GUARDIAN 6000 in 2025 and cash was tight I was glad to be able to pick up the expansion battery in 2026 had a great price also had some questions and got a quick response from Opus customer support
Best Power station in its class
So, after some extensive research I decided that the Exodus 1200 was the all round best Power station in its class. 1200w inverter and just under 1000Wh LiFePo4 battery. Fast charging with AC and solar input. Option to choose the slow charge rate reduces battery stress. For the price there was nothing else that came close to the specs of the Exodus 1200. Excellent customer service, having already bought a Exodus 600 a few years ago and having a MEGA 1 for over a year I have had every opportunity to test the performance, reliability and build quality of OUPES products.

Very satisfied with the Oupes 2400. I like Anderson powerports. The weight, there easy to lift and around. I guess that's why call it a "portable power station". I like there's no apps, no wifi, and no Internet. A big reason I bought 2 oupes units over the other brands. Thank you for quick delivery to!
Mega 2 is functioning as advertised
Mega 2 is functioning as advertised. Happy with the results so far. I'm currently setting up a 1200 watt solar array to keep it charged while electrifying my entire family room. Depending on the continued success of this unit I am contemplating the purchase of a Guardian 6000 V2 to enable me to further distance myself from the grid.
