Worst experience ever... product was delivered dead, no power at all, box looked used... then to top it all off the terrible slow customer service, took 2 weeks to get a return label, and they wasted my time money and patience. Stay away...
Received in a timely fashion. DOA on arrival but called and the tech told me what to do and it worked. Should put in the instructions about using a car to start the charging process and then bring in the house to plug into an outlet. Seems to work okay so far
Horrible info and communication. I asked customer service what the shipping weight for 6000 V2 and was told 111#. Since the forwarder I shipped it to said their maximum weight is 120# I sent an email to Oupes prior to shipment saying it must weigh 120# or less. It was shipped and I found out after that the shipping weight is 130#. It's in Miami now and is supposed to go to my friend in Havana. I don't know what will happen. Also, getting a human on the phone is nearly impossible.

Great price, received it fast, new features. I like the option of two solar inputs on the V2. Having dual inverters gives more options in the Guardian series. Would like better or more info on best usage and setups to come with the unit. An option for the future would be some kind of solar input detection and relay that would allow more of an automatic solar use.

Our Mega 2 arrived very quickly. We live in rural Ohio and experience what seems like pretty frequent power outages. The day after this arrived we had one and this thing powered my wifes air concentrator till we got back up and running. Its kind of reassuring knowing our plan B is going to work out.
